TRBExam.co.in offers premium educational content, online mock tests, and test series through secure and verified payment gateways. Before purchasing any plan, users are advised to review the service details and pricing carefully to ensure it meets their needs.

2) Refund Window

We want our users to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Refunds can be requested within 10 calendar days of the original payment date, provided:

• The request is made within the refund window.
• The user has not completed more than 20% of the purchased tests or accessed a major portion of paid content.
• No policy violations have occurred under our Terms of Use.

3) Refundable & Non-Refundable Conditions

• Refundable: Duplicate payments, accidental purchases, or technical issues preventing service access (if reported within the refund window).
• Non-Refundable: Completion of more than 20% of purchased content or refunds requested after the 10-day window.

4) Request Process

To request a refund, users must email info@test.trbexam.co.in with the following details:

• Registered name and email address
• Date and method of payment
• Reason for the refund request

All valid requests will be reviewed within 7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
