Subscription Policy – TRBExam.co.in

1) Overview
TRBExam.co.in provides online mock tests and practice material for competitive exams. Subscriptions are digital services; no physical items are shipped.
2) Plans & Price
- Current introductory price (Early-bird): ₹699 per subject.
- Prices shown on the Premium page apply to new purchases only.
3) What you get
- Access to the chosen subject’s online tests, unit-wise practice, scorecards, leaderboards, and explanations (where available).
- Access is delivered via your account on TRBExam.co.in.
4) Validity
Each subscription remains active for at least 12 months from the purchase date or until the current exam cycle for that subject is completed (exam conducted/results announced), whichever is later.
5) Activation & Account Mapping
- Access is activated automatically for the same email you use to log in at TRBExam.co.in.
- If you paid with a different email, contact support with proof of payment to map it to your login email.
6) Price changes (Grandfathering)
- Plan prices may change for future purchases.
- Your active subscription is protected: if prices increase later, we will not charge you extra during your current validity.
- If prices decrease later, we do not refund the difference for already-purchased subscriptions.
7) Renewal
- No auto-renewal. Subscriptions are one-time purchases.
- You may renew manually by purchasing a new plan after your access ends.
8) Cancellations & Refunds
- Because access is granted immediately, refunds are not provided once activation is complete.
- For failed or duplicate payments, we will assist as per our Refund Policy.
9) Fair Use
- Access is for a single individual. Sharing accounts, bulk downloads, or automated scraping may lead to suspension without refund.
10) Content & Service Changes
- We may update, add, or retire tests and features to improve quality or to align with official syllabus/notifications.
- We aim for high uptime; brief maintenance windows may occur.
11) Payment & Invoices
- Payments are processed via our payment partner. Upon success, access is activated and a receipt is available from the gateway.
12) Privacy
We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
